Friendly staff, but the appointment was 15 minutes late with very little space to sit and wait. The manicure, billed as 1 hour, only lasted 35 minutes, which meant there was little cuticle work or other elements which I expected from a 1 hour manicure. One nail quickly chipped within two days, but overall the manicure has just about survived 10 days now. Friendly staff, but comfort and customer service levels could do with a boost.

Really enjoyed my first visit here! Lovely staff and atmosphere. One of the best deep cleanses I've had in a long time.
