Friendly staff, but the appointment was 15 minutes late with very little space to sit and wait. The manicure, billed as 1 hour, only lasted 35 minutes, which meant there was little cuticle work or other elements which I expected from a 1 hour manicure. One nail quickly chipped within two days, but overall the manicure has just about survived 10 days now. Friendly staff, but comfort and customer service levels could do with a boost.

Lovely salon, friendly owner and staff. Clean and good facilities. Didn’t give it 5 stars as the actual application of polish was quite poor. But the rest of the pedicure was great. Great value for money.

The staff at Sugilite are lovely.
The wax was good and quick. The lady was gentle and kind ( which is definitely what you want when someone is waxing your bits!)
The salon itself could do with a lick of paint, but it's clean, always busy and buzzing.
