The staff were polite, friendly and professional and were very accommodating with their appointments being able to fit me in so last minute.
I loved the aesthetic of the salon with the soft pinks combined with the brutalist grey concrete.
My beautician was lovely and I could sense she was really experienced (9 years sugaring!).
The sugaring room did feel a bit too clinical and not that relaxing feel you look for when getting a long service, however I will come back again.

My skin around my nose and mouth was quite sensitive due to a recent cold I had, so Veronica did an excellent job getting rid of the hair without irritating the skin any further.

Georgiana was amazing. Impeccable attention to detail & knowledgeable. 4+ weeks on, and the hair growth is minimal & slow. Definitely recommend for coarse, thick dark hair.
