Very friendly, very professional. I was a bit nervous because it was my first wax, but Veronica helped me feel at ease, distracted me with conversation, and gave me some breathing techniques to help with the discomfort. I doubt it will be an experience that I enjoy, but Veronica certainly made it more pleasant!
