Leah was really nice and friendly. However, I felt that the cut was quite rushed and that the result of the cut was not very important. She only asked me once how much I would like cut off, and asked me whether I would like layers after she had already dried it. As she was cutting my parting was in the wrong place and at one point it was jagged. This resulted in my cut being quite uneven. It is also a lot longer at the front than at the back, when I would have preferred it bluntly cut.

Really disappointing from start to finish. Rang doorbell a few times and no answer. Called to ask and said yeah I'll be there in a minute. Then went in and not a nice atmosphere and very dirty. Washed my hair in 2 minutes and left it sogging wet. Spent no longer than 4 minutes to cut my whole hair, didn't listen to the length, didn't even do my parting!!!!!! And then said she's finished and it was so uneven. Want a refund to be honest, worst hair cutting experience ever.
