I booked a balayage as I'm pregnant and didn't want an all over colour. Whilst I did not communicate this, I was sincerely shocked to be told that an all over toner had been applied without my knowledge or consent. Apparently this is something she always does, however it is not mentioned on the treatment page anywhere. Another client at the salon whilst I was there found herself with an unexpected head of red hair after an error in the mixing room. Friendly staff, but I wouldn't go back!
