It started off to an uncomfortable when the lady didn’t leave the room for me to undress and there was no towel to cover me. The lady seemed quite inexperienced as the massage was very uneven with her spending lots of time on one side and barely any on the other. When asked to turn round I asked where the blanket to cover me was and she questioned me for me to have to request again to have something to cover myself. As she was wearing a sequinned top and rings it was painful with the scratching

Poor communication; lack of technique/expertise; did not respond or 2 out of 3 times I asked for more pressure or for massage of an obvious knot; however treatment time seemed a little longer than booked which was a positive

Be careful who does your hair. First time I went there, the stylist knew what she was doing, second time, I got a completely clueless woman, not good at cutting or blowdry and yet I booked for a wash, cut and blowdry?!
