Overall, the massage was good. Some feedback for improvements:
- Please check if the customer is allergic or even would like oil to be spread as far down to their eyelids. Unfortunately, this was a bit too much for my liking and caused oil to go into my eyes which wasn't pleasant for me as I left the salon.
- Please offer a mirror and hair brush to the customer after their treatment so they leave feeling put together
- Use less oil
- Be more gentle as customers tend to feel vulnerable
