Booked and prepaid a discounted £25 treatment on Treatwell and even called ahead to clarify the full costs. Despite this, I was still charged an extra £15 for hot wax on arrival, which was not clearly offered at booking?
The salon was very dirty. Old wax strips visible, a dirty chair, hair on the floor, which felt very unhygienic. The wax itself was decent, not the best. But overall the experience was misleading and disappointing. I would never return. Other reviews misled me.

Managed to book online and at short notice. Arrived early in the hope i could squeeze more out of my appointment and I was not disappointed. My twists were accommodated with ease, and the services provided were cheaper than expected. What's not to like?!

They know nothing of their Treatwell bookings when you show up. It’s also hard to relax when you’re told at least twice during your 30 minutes about the offers they have on packages and then before they leave the room “you want a package?”
The neck and shoulders massage was nice. The head massage just felt like my hair was being washed dry.
