The therapist was very good, attentive and responsive. The salon itself was very loud, I was the only client in the salon at the time and I could hear the other therapists talking very very loudly to each other, which took away from the atmosphere

Came for a gold facial. Was not really impressed with it. Firstly it is meant to be 55 min facial as suggested on website but by the time the beautician got the room ready, I was only there for 45 mins. Steamed the face but only spent 2 mins doing extractions on the nose-what about the rest of the face? No neck or shoulder massage which you think is typically included in a 55 mins facial.
