I had a great experience with my first haircut at Cocoon. My appointment was on time and Petra really listened to exactly what I wanted. The haircut itself was fast and efficient with Petra checking all along the way that I was happy. When she was finished the haircut looked even better than I expected. The prices at the salon seem really good value and I will definitely be making another appointment.

A lovely environment with friendly staff who know what they're doing!! Calming music was playing which was lovely. The best thing was its value though, what a bargain!

Very professional and well skilled staff. I would highly recommend it to anybody who seeks great customer service and perfect treatment! I was in Tasha's hands and couldn't be happier with the result! Thumbs up!!!

Really friendly service in a l;ong established familiy run salon. A nice colour and cut. Thank you very much. The only thing missing was a head massage during the wash!
