I had something different from what I asked: I explained my requests to the stylist (I wanted a short bob), she said she would advise differently and she did what she wanted. I would have accepted that if at least I had a good cut, but I had not. She didn't seem really confident about what she was doing, looking around, and when time passed she even rushed. When she asked my feedback and I said that I preferred to have them shorter, she said she couldn't re-do the all cut and that they would have look shorter after the blow-dry (as I never cut my hair before :)). I thought 'whatever' and just wait her to finish. Once washed, the cut is uneven where it should be and difficult to maintain. To make it short, first and last.
