I had my hair cut by a senior staff member as I wanted a change of style. I wasn't that pleased with the blow dry, though the cut has turned out to be really good. Don't know why hairdressers insist on a big blow out when the cut was short and begging for tousled! In spite of this, it's clear she was an excellent hair dresser and a truly kind and considerate person. Even though I didn't quite get the styling I wanted, I'd still go back!
