I wanted and asked for a choppy cut but got a very blunt one and was told I would have to let it grow and let the ends get messy before it would look like the picture I brought in. I also asked for my hair, which is thick, to be chopped into which the stylist was also not able to do. It doesn't look really awful but it isn't wow at all and wasn't what I asked for.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry and they certainly did the job but it wasn't 5 star experience. The wash felt rushed and wasn't that pleasant and the general feel of the place was lacking in personality. Nice ladies though.
