Manicurist was lovely and the overall look of it when I left was great but it chipped so badly after just two days that I had to take off the varnish.

One of my worst experiences ever. 45’ to remove gel from my nails which basically was never removed. The price online says 8£ but when i went there they asked for another £10 because my gel had extensions!!!!!! When i asked for receipt they tried to avoid it, they accept only cash (shady) and they send you across the road to an atm charging £2 for withdrawals. They had no written price for this extra money they asked me to pay. £18 for gel removal. At the end they gave me a copy from a receipt from carbon copy (last century) with no name on it and no stamp! Illegal!!!Thats a robbery! And the girl who did this mani has clearly no idea about removing gel. Horrible experience! I really want my money back! Asked for explanation and they were looking buffled.

Was over all unsatisfied. I asked for a deep tissue massage but felt this was more of a swedish massage. At the beginning I asked her to focus on getting out my knots but she didn’t work into them at all. There was also a kitchen timer that was set at the start of the massage that I told her to turn off as the sound was bugging me.
