I was 15 minutes late and Logan didn’t want to serve me, I ended up being looked after by another two stylist. Something went wrong with my Treatwell booking alsoand I had 2 bookings on their calendar when I only had confirmation of the 14..45 . When going to pay is when it was highlighted that I had double booked and they wanted to charge me £100, instead of £50. I told them that I was paying £50 and they were ok. I just didn’t appreciate the overall experience at the salon; i won' go back.

One of my worst experiences ever. 45’ to remove gel from my nails which basically was never removed. The price online says 8£ but when i went there they asked for another £10 because my gel had extensions!!!!!! When i asked for receipt they tried to avoid it, they accept only cash (shady) and they send you across the road to an atm charging £2 for withdrawals. They had no written price for this extra money they asked me to pay. £18 for gel removal. At the end they gave me a copy from a receipt from carbon copy (last century) with no name on it and no stamp! Illegal!!!Thats a robbery! And the girl who did this mani has clearly no idea about removing gel. Horrible experience! I really want my money back! Asked for explanation and they were looking buffled.
