Absolutely amazing treatments. Using the roller shaper regularly has given me many benefits including better body tone, skin and more energy. The staff are professional and really welcoming. I highly recommend studio Figura in Ealing.

Customer service zilch. Receptionist was more interested to get back to her phone. Instructions were sketchy, a bit difficult to understand as she prattled in a heavy accent. Was not even offered any water at all. She spent all my session at her desk either on the pc or phone. Did not feel like a valued customer. The roller was a new experience for me. Instructions were on the wall have to crank my neck then asked for instructions to be brought down, it was wobbling on a plastic bench.
