The salon was easily identifiable and parking is easier after 5pm. There was a great improvement from my previous visit. Better communication and more attention to the customer lesser to the phone. I think some effort was being made after several prompt from a senior member of staff. Customer service training is still desirable to make the experience fully enjoyable.
