For one hour there are 18 different techniques that you focus on, i.e. back of thighs, abdominal, feet, love handles etc. Everyone is different so you might start seeing results by the 5/6th stage.
Liene is a very professional and friendly person. The first couple of treatments, she will guide you on all the techniques, then you're capable of doing these independently. She makes you feel very comfortable and it's great getting advice on what your goals are and any changes that may be needed in your diet.
So far I am on my fourth lymphatic drainage treatment. That must be saying something! It is definitely worth the money if you're looking to reduce cellulite and lose a few inches.
