Was welcomed nicely into the store, and if treatment had been completed properly, then would have been value for money. However blow dry was done without nozzle, and caused my hair to be extremely frizzy when I left. Also the conditioning treatment was left in my hair, so my hair felt very sticky, tacky and greasy. I kept also finding clumps of the conditioner in my hair once I left. Overall unfortunately because of this would not go back.

This was my second visit to this salon and I left feeling just as good as the first time. The only disappointing thing was that I had to wait half an hour for my appointment (and I was ten minutes early) I will visit again but an apology for running late would have been appreciated.
