I booked this through Treatwell and had both emails and texts confirming my appointment. I arrived at the salon approximately 10 minutes before my appointment and the door was locked with nobody inside. I waited around until the appointment time and also tried to ring the salon multiple times, but could not get through as it said “User Busy”. The salon either needs to update its opening hours or should let their customers know if they can no longer keep an appointment for any reason.

Welcome to the studio 351, previously Little Beau Chic, a homely, friendly hair, beauty & aesthetics salon situated in Nottingham. Why visit lots of salons when you can get all of your favourite treatments under one roof. Our friendly team are all professional, qualified and experienced in making you beautiful, pampered and relaxed, so go on, treat yourself.
