I have never previously had a Hollywood with entirely strip waxing. It was brutal. I'd suggest they invest in a hot waxing pot and switch for a more pleasant experience for the customer. I also booked a full leg wax but may as well have been a half / zero leg wax as I still had hair on the tops and backs of my thighs. While I understand that due to being heavily pregnant it can be trickier to perform these services, it has been done in previous salons so I am disappointed to say the least.
