Very friendly and pleasant professional. She mentioned she has several years of experience but I didn’t find my haircut that great. She asked many questions about how I’d like the length and layers but it gave me the feeling she was a bit insecure. I found the haircut very basic and the technique outdated. However, I didn’t go there with too high expectations and was expecting some very basic and just a trim, so it did the job. Don’t expect a very modern style haircut.
