I have long hair, and I asked just to have the ends off. The stylist said she'd need to take a little more off to neaten it up, and indicated about 2 inches. I said that's fine, but then she cut off at least 5 inches. I'm devastated as it will take so long to grow back. Will never ever have my hair cut here again. So disappointed, as the blow dry was quite good.

An ok treatment considering it was cheap. I would have expected more care after the wax. I went home myself and had to remove a lot of remaining wax. Appointment was 45 late but they did call to let me know. I think next time I will pay more somewhere else.

Had a good haircut, happy in general. Just the fact that I have bob and it ended up being far too short at the back. Plus I'm blonde, so it seemed that I don't have any hair there. A bit shocking at the beginning but luckily it grew back quite quickly.
