The staff were brilliant and very accommodating especially as I had trouble making my appointment. They also have a way of making you feel welcome. My only critique is that I do not like the wax used and did not see the therapist change the stick after applying the hot wax. I am used to therapists changing the stick each time they use it.
Apart from that I would say what a lovely place , she was quick, considerate and friendly. Thank you
