I accidentally booked an appointment for a different time than I could make - and paid upfront via treatwell. When I then phoned up to change the appointment they wouldn't let me change it to a Saturday and kept my full payment.
Customer service wasn't great and they weren't at all flexible about changing my appointment or refunding me for the appointment missed.
I would therefore not recommend this salon.
