After mistakenly booking my appointment for the wrong day, I showed up without realising and they were able to fit me in with Suzie rather than Ewelina. No need to worry as she was just as excellent as my usual treatment!

Trainee shouldn’t be left unsupervised. Didn’t rise shampoo off my roots properly. Didn’t blow dry roots properly. Hair feels heavy and looks greasy. I got lucky first time round, but not this time. Never thought it was possible to mess up a wash and blow dry. Will do it myself from now on.
