The overly clinical aspect of the room was not the most confortable environment. The waxer was very short tempered, remained silent except to say she wouldn't be able to finish if i continued to tense (unconsiously!), was not very understanding of the pain and the fact that as a waxing novice, i didn't know what to expect! Overall i felt like i was forcing her to do the service rather than paying for a service they offer. The job was done poorly too, i ended up fixing it at home.
