I went in with very long hair and had a long bob. My stylist was very attentive, chatty and nice and seemed to really enjoy cutting my hair. I had a lovely experience as ever. And even though their water wasn’t working they still managed to wash my hair thoroughly and it didn’t affect the appointment.
