Had a lovely haircut today with Julie. She listened to what I wanted and gave me loads of good advice on my hair type and what works and what wouldn’t. I am very pleased with my results and will be back again - 5 stars from me.

The salon rang me half an hour before my appointment telling me my stylist was running late, and asked me to arrive 5-10 minutes after the appointment time. I did, but was then kept waiting for a further 45 minutes with only a cursory apology. Unfortunately not what I expected.
