It wasn't Sophie that did my hair.
My appointment was at 3pm but got a call that they were running late and if I could go at 3.30 instead.
At the end I was seen at 3.55 and it was very rushed.
I booked for wash, haircut and blow-dry but was told that for what I paid I could only have a trim by which I wasn't happy as my hair doesn't look much different. When I booked it looked that I would have a proper haircut.

Had a bad experience with my recent waxing appointment, I booked online for 9:30 and nobody was there for it as I booked online(apparently you have to give them a call as well ), not sure why would they give option to book online via treatwell if do not except that. Then they said they can start waxing at 10:10 as beautician will come at 10 only. But beautician was slow in waxing and we couldnt finish enverything on time as I have to leave by 11:20.
Never booking again, terrible experience.

Turned up and no one was there, stayed for 30 minutes expecting they were late and no one turned up.

This was the first time I went to this hair dressers I was very pleased with my stylist and my hair treatment was excellent I will definitely be going back and I will recommend this hairdressers to my friends even for a blow dry she is excellent very quick and skilled
