It wasn't Sophie that did my hair.
My appointment was at 3pm but got a call that they were running late and if I could go at 3.30 instead.
At the end I was seen at 3.55 and it was very rushed.
I booked for wash, haircut and blow-dry but was told that for what I paid I could only have a trim by which I wasn't happy as my hair doesn't look much different. When I booked it looked that I would have a proper haircut.
