I arrived in good time for my appointment, but the salon was closed. I'd confirmed the time the day before by phone & received an email confirmation, but when I tried the number on the day, there was no answer. After waiting for 15 mins, I was about to give up and go home, when the chap who was to be my consultant arrived & opened up. The massage was ok, but the room was a bit grubby with frankly dreadful "chill-out" music playing, the back wax was fine and hair cut was ok, but the season was booked for 90 mins, was there for nearly 3 hours, and didn't feel that relaxed afterwards. Probably won't go back again.

Lovely clay facial - zara was superb. Was definitely refreshing and relaxing. Well worth it, highly recommended, organic products used which was great for my sensitive skin

I had a beauty package which consisted of a massage and facial lovely premises very welcoming staff i was given the option if i wanted to start with massage of facial which was nice to have a option, so facial was very good with a deep clean and extractions and white heads cleared i was in desperate need of this then i had massage lovely and relaxed i dozzed off lights was off during treatment with lovely candles and soft music i was given hot drinks and lovely customers service will book again and bring back a friend
