Another lovely afternoon in Stratford Salon. As always 100% satisfaction and relaxation. I absolutely love that Salon, my acne improve so much since I start going there. Zara, one of beauticians, is amazing. She definitely know what she's doing. Always professional and friendly, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you enter till very end. I would recommend that salon 100%. Thank you again Zara!

I went there to have a bikini wax treatmet. I didn't think about the kindn of wax as I assumed for that area of the body they will use hot wax (as Im get used to that) but no, it wasn't that wax. As I result the staff couldn't finish the job as me and her wanted to.
The rest that wax didn't bothered me at all and she did a good job. It would of been nice have hot wax instead or as an option.
I may suggest the chance to pay by card as I needed to go to a cash point and pay for comission so at the end the treatment was more expensive than I thought it will be and Im not happy with that.

The overall experience made me feel great! The therapist Zara was lovely, inviting and knowledgeable on everything she was doing. Loved how she told me the ingredients, what she was putting on me next and also let me have my moments to relax and really enjoy the facial.
The salon itself is very basic, but you really forget about that when you shut your eyes and listen to the soothing music and warm room. The facial was excellent and will definitely be back for a back massage. My face feels refreshed and so smooth a week later. Really recommend.

Staff were friendly. Therapist asked where I had problems and tailored the massage to my needs. Products used seemed to be average/ low quality

This was excellent value for money.
The therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Would have given 5 stars had she focussed more on the area I had told her was stiff and uncomfortable - instead she gave a standard massage
