the pedicure itself took two hours, the lady was nice, but the salon did not have the right tools at all, they don’t have the proper sink and was boiling water in front of me. after filing down my calluses, and cutting my nails, straightaway they were placed back into the trays and boxes without sanitising (made me question the cleanliness of it all) even for choosing the colours, they didn’t have samples for you to see. again, the lady was sweet, but the standard of care was poor.
