I recently had a massage at this salon and I must say I was extremely disappointed.I feel terrible to leave this feedback because the girl was very sweet however I feel that it was a waste of money and Im very angry about it.
I wanted to book in through treatwell and use one of the discount codes I had.Unfortunately there was an issue with the code as I tried to pay via paypal and it didnt worked.Anyway, I was happy to pay at the venue.
As soon as I arrived, the girl told me to get ready on the bed and cover myself with a blanket and a towel( which it seemed to me they have been used before as they were filled with oil - not hygienic at all and I already got spots from it). I laid on the bed ( which I would suggest getting the proper massage ones as I couldn't breath when I was laying on my belly with my face into the bed) and instead of her starting off the massage she decided to talk about the payment which annoyed me as I wanted to relax.
Also, the door bell rang a few times and she went to open the door, which took around 5 minutes from my 1 hour massage.She finished off the massage before 1 hour ended as for 10 min she just talked about my payment and for another 5 she opened the door.
I sent the exact email to the management and they didn't care at all.They even told me they are happy with me to leave a negative feedback in here.
