Firstly, Simran is amazing. She is hands-down the best therapist I've ever come across and I've had hundreds of treatments all over the world (almost don't want to say that as everyone will ask for her but credit where credit's due). That is for her techniques, manner and expert advice. She treat me very much like a special client she knew well, even though this was my first visit.
I should note, I didn't have a deep tissue massage - it was a one hour full body massage.
My only negatives are towards the salon and other staff - hence an overall 4 rather than 5 stars. On arrival, the door was locked and a therapist inside giving a lady a foot treatment. I had to wait outside until she was able to stop and open the door - hardly ideal for either myself or the other client, but she did do this as soon as she could. Then I was told Simran would be with me soon but time went on quite a bit. Another person known to the therapist but not dressed as a member of staff arrived then another two - dressed very casually as if they'd just walked into their own home. No one said anything to me, they talked amongst themselves as if no one was there. This was quite uncomfortable as it felt like I was intruding on their space. Simran then came out and was very apologetic for being late but made up for it with extra time added at the end which I was very happy with.
During my treatments, Simran had to go out to tell her colleagues to shut up as they were shouting. Not exactly relaxing but I was very pleased with how she dealt with it.
Overall I'd say the value is amazing, I can't speak for other therapists but Simran is great. The salon is very 'no frills' but that doesn't mean the other staff should act any different to how they would at a high end salon - Simran is a very talented therapist with great customer service skills and I think the owner/manager needs to recognise this and improve overall ambience and experience for customers with other staff, in order to keep her and the business she will undoubtedly bring in.

I love this treatment and the Stratford salon. The treatment was perfect and I felt on top of the world when I left.
The only problem I had was parking, it was extremely difficult to find a parking space as I only had £2 in change on me I put that in the parking meter for the 1 hour parking as it was a 1 hour treatment I thought it would be fine, when I came out I had an £80 parking ticket. Always Make sure you have £3 to have 2 hours parking and cause it became a very expensive treatment
