Hannah was really nice and friendly. I booked a facial with an arm and head massage, The facial was really great and my skin felt amazing afterwards. She gave a me a little head massage but I didn't get the arm massage. Things for improvement - there were quite a few interruptions to the facial (the doorbell went so she had to answer it, a man knocked on the door and she had to tend to him, there was some work going i think in reception, she had to remove some equipment from the treatroom). the interrupted the ambience but overall its really good value for money

As described in previous reviews, the salon is very simple. I didn't like having my hair washed in a sort of tiny back room which felt like it was just there randomly.
The girl was super friendly, but you could tell she was quite inexperienced with hair cutting, she didn't section it off as she went, and kept asking me if I wanted her to texturise it, asked for advice in length of the layers...isn't that your job??! I didn't ask her to do anything drastic as I didn't trust her skills. Even with a simple trim I noticed a few uneven pieces after coming home. Glad I only paid half price but still not worth it as I'll be visiting elsewhere soon to correct!

Fabulous massage and facial. I felt like I was on a cloud afterwards I was so relaxed and the facial was all made of organic products so I could smell wonderful things afterwards. I will definitely be back.
