I have had a lot of massages in my time and I can say that Kassie is the best. She is consistently good. Massage is nice and firm like I need and attention to detail with the facial extraction. Worth every penny and highly recommended. I enjoyed every second!!!

Running extremely over time both to see me and with my appointment hence the low rating. I appreciated the way the other beauty therapist tried to save time by setting me up etc but can't give more than 3 stars - arrived 5:50, left 7:48 and somewhere in there had a 1 hour treatment...

The lady that treated me was very friendly and took a lot of care and made me feel comfortable. However she was very slow with the treatment and kept missing bits out. The wax was often too hot and was not the best quality (it tended to stringify).
There were also a few disruptions during my treatment which made me feel uncomfortable as the door swung open and closed multiple times with me lying down with an exposed lower half.

Really lovely staff, my facial was done by Simran. Who was really friendly and professional. Face was steamed and then extraction of whiteheads and blocked pores were done. Then a scrub and a mask. Skin feels and looks great! Decent value for money, the place is a little bit on the run down side but it's clean.

I have been to this Salon before and the beautician was great so I booked again. The second time, I got a different beautician and I have never been more horrified by the state of my eyebrows. I could have done a better job myself. Needless to say, skin was torn off two areas of my face. I will not be back.
