The salon location and treatment times are convenient for me and they provide treatments at a reasonable cost. Although it is really disappointing that they don't provide gel nails without the full manicure/pedicure at a cheaper cost and taking less time - elsewhere I could've got both done in just over an hour with just a tidy up and polish, whereas here I had to do two days in a row to fit it in. Not everyone has an hour or more for one treatment and not everyone wants to pay £25-35 when they could pay a lot less.
The salon is very low budget with the pedicure chair in the middle of whah is basically the reception. The chair was really uncomfortable and you had to lean forward as there was no way to adjust it - most pedicures at this price will have much better amenities!
The girl who did my pedicure was lovely, however, I have white dry feet and did notice is was more painful than to be expected. I couldn't really see what she was doing, but as it transpires significant chunks had been taken off my heel and it was red and seeping. 2 days on the pain in excruciating - I couldn't leave the house yesterday and can't go to work today. I can't believe that it was not observed and was let to get to this point - I'm so angry and wish I had gone somewhere else.
