I called the salon advising I was going to be 10/15 minutes late and to ask if that was ok. the person on the phone said it was completely fine. I turned up no later than 15 mins later than my appointment and the lady standing at the reception said she will have to take it out of my treatment time???! I advised I had called up and was told it would be ok otherwise I would have rearranged my appointment. the lady advised it wasn't possible to do an hour massage due to her being back to back. whilst I was at the salon having a facial after my massage the lady didn't seem to have any other clients and actually could have done my massage for 1 hour. Massage was overall good but the facial was very basic nothing special. you only pay for having a 30 minute steam 5 minutes extraction and 20 minute mask. would not recommend. no water offered. salon is extremely basic.

I book here regularly because Kassie gives a great massage every time. If I had more money I'd come every week! Whether deep tissue or regular she is skilled and responsive to my body - not just going through the motions...

Had to wait a bit but overall, The massage was good.
I did have the little pain in my heels and feet afterwards so taking off one star to account for that.
