the beautician was amazing and so lovely. Talked me though everything and made me feel very at ease spending an hour with my eyes closed! Not sure if the treatment is one I would have again as my lashes have quite a natural curl so the lift wasn't as noticeable after the first time they got wet. Also the outer corner lashes got kind of creased and bent at the ends which has set and is kind of annoying as that is the part that you want to stretch out the most! But glad I tried it and makes me think that I would at least have a lash tiny done again.

Staffs need to be more welcoming . Should not make the customer wait that long, so a good time management would make the customer happy . Service was good , not the best .

Amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very relaxing and when I accidentally smudged one of my toes the beautician re-did it for me. Will definitely go back. Excellent value too.

Kassie is the best massager in Newham. So relaxing, value for money. Her extraction is the best. She extracts from the whole face. Not just the nose like others. Definitely going back
