Twice, i have asked for a certain two people and both times i have ended up with someone else. I feel like i should be informed when the person I have asked for can not do it. The waxing done by who i had does not do it the same way as everyone else. The hotwax doesn’t completely dry before she pulls it off, it rips off bit by bit instead of in one go which causes me a lot of pain. The area lower down is now short and stubby like the hair was ripped rather than pulled it. Im not really happy with this service.. the first two times i had two people that was amazing, but seeing this person again as i went in made me worry and nervous about the pain i was about to receive again. I think i will now go back to another salon.

Hi,I would say thanks for accommodating me as i was a bit late but got full treatment time no rush,i had a wax and it was quick painless
the waxing room was big enough and music was soo relaxing if it wasnt wax i would ve gone to sleep,therapist was nice had a nice green tea,will be going ther again soon thank you
