1st treatment... so the jury is still out. Zara was very detailed in her explanations and after care. so I guess will update in another 6 weeks to see if there is any change.
management please help your staff give better customer service. I arrived for my appointment at 12.30pm and there was no one to receive me. I was out in the cold for 30 mins. That said I have no complaints about the treatment I received on the day. just that after 30 mins outside waiting I was in a bad mood and it made it hard for me to enjoy the treatment. please have a system that communicates appointments to the appropriate staff.
I had made a mistake whilst booking, but the staff were friendly and helped me to find an appointment for the same day. The actual treatment was carried out with great care, with the lady explaining every step to me.
