they did renovate the front which is good ,price was really good place was warm no complaints and if im around in this area YES i will visit them again

Usually Im not leaving the reviews,but it wasnt the best experience.I had deep cleanse facial. First I was waiting for 20min,but its okay for me,was my day off.Room was cold,small and didnt look great,blanket was wet. No questions about my skin.My facial had 3 parts,scrub,steamer,mask.Therapist was non stop scrubbing,it was never ending. Im looking after my face a lot,as Im beautician,so Im doing scrub twice a week.10-15min of scrubbing face its a bit to much,wasnt relaxing at all.It was a feeling that behind me my therapist was on the phone,because she was doing it with one hand,and stopping for a bit every few min.Than forehead extractions,quiet rough.Therapist was always leaving the room,door didnt shout.I wasnt treated as client at all. Felt like I just was putted to the worst room in the salon,and therapist didnt have time for me,like I came here without booking and for free.I do understand I paid £30,but guys Im sorry,I paid money for service.I didnt expect a lot,but I dont think you can treat client that way. I just wanted to relax a bit. No aftercare advice.I dont need it,but because I work in same industry,I know the way it should be. Very dissaponting. Sorry guys.

Would not recommend. The venue was run down, dirty and untidy. I was made to wait for 30 min. When I got to the massage room it was cold. There was a radiator in the room but it didn’t do much. My feet were freezing during the massage. Overall, this was by far the worst venue I’ve been to. The therapist was polite.
