On my last session I was left with grazes on my chin and cheeks. It was so painful. It felt like I was getting a tattoo on my face and someone was scrapping my face. After my treatment my face felt soooo sore. So disappointing especially when I've been a regular. I did inform the lady it was hurting and her response was " I'm not doing anything different". Not happy at all.

I had a hydrafacial here. Terrible treatment, no real serums or masks applied. One mask was applied...to half of my face. I was so shocked I actually took a photo of it. No results from the treatment even though with hydra facials, you can see at least somewhat of a results straight away. So unbelievably disappointed :/
