hello i had the far freezing thing done and can honestly say i had the best customer service the therapist was so bubbly,nice and very welcoming and preffesional.
I found the staff very friendly and welcoming, the place looked clean and it was fairly easy to find. However, when asked about the reason for the massage, I pointed out the stiffness around my shoulders and neck, therefore expecting a massage focused in that area, trying to work out the knots...disappointingly enough, that wasn't the case! Overall the massage was pleasant and relaxing but my neck and shoulders feel as stiff and tight as before.
Sports Massage
Room and facilities are very basic. Massage was great, different from other treatments I had so far. Therapist was very nice and gave me also helpful recommendations how to improve my back stiffness.
Therapeutic Massage
the girl was very nice but what I had done was not even closer to a deep cleanse facial. A honey scrub maybe but not a deep cleanse for sure.
Classic Facials
i had a mens sports massage booked for me by my gf i got there and adam done my massage i was very happy with his attitude he was so professional and advised me about previous injuries to muscle -massage was really good he knew what he was doing good pressure and felt amazing after all my stress knots gne Thank you adam-salon was very clean and lovely smelling only down side was if there was music it would be perfect and i have mentioned this to the manager who said she will arrange this :) will be booking with them in 6 weeks !
