Impressions of the place are that it is a small location but quaint, very clean and comfortable. The attendant, Adam, explained the cryo procedure in detail and set expectations. They however do not take card as a payment method at the salon itself but can do that via Treatwell. If I need further treatments, I will be back.

I was surprised by the massage element but it was welcome. The treatment was thorough and enjoyable. I liked the fact that they made an effort creating a nice ambiance.

Was very happy. A cheap and wonderfully cheerful little gem in Stratford.
The water made my partner feel very comfortable and is a great asset to the business.

Very welcoming staff and thorough attentive treatment (I had a spa pedicure). My feet felt fantastic afterwards and still do two days later. Good value for money too. Would definitely recommend and book further treatments with this salon.

I have been there for a few sessions of cryo with Zara and am very pleased with results., i am not as bottom heavy as before and can fit into jeggings! I usually see results within a week.
Unlike some salons offering the same, Zara is not just a machine operator. Machine operators know how the machine works, ask you where you want the paddles (without advising if it's the best place) and switch it in. They don't bother to assess what they are doing first, they just ask you to lie down as soon as you're called in ask where you want the paddles. This can affect results or may not be the best placement or angle to get desired result or shape.
Zara instinctively knows where to place pads for best results and body shape and she can honestly tell you problem area if you ask, and she does this from a woman's perspective. Also she is very accomodating if you want appointment last minute, and responds to texts in timely manner.
Its a small salon, not top end, but its clean and you can see they take pride in the place. Its in a side street in slightly run down looking street . But the customer service is good and i think it's an up and coming salon and that's why i go there.
Prices are reasonable.
I have not tried the other treatments.
