I had an amazing hydra facial and hot stone massage with Claudia! My skin felt shiny and new post facial which was much needed. The massage as always was soothing to my deep rooted boulders! I had the best nights sleep after it. Thank you so much ☺️

Honestly the facial here was absolutely outstanding they really are so good my skin felt refreshed the atmosphere even though they were busy was calm and relaxing lovey face and neck massage was absolutely divine a indents facial leaving me glowing and left with dewy glass skin

The specialist was not the best and I won’t be booking with her again. She missed alot of areas still have quite a bit of hair left over. She seemed to priorities speed over ensuring a good thorough job is done. Didn’t appreciate her asking my wax preference then proceeding to using the one I had not asked for which just felt pointless was left with a sticky feeling after the which I did tell her about. Overall not really a good experience had to keep telling her she missed areas. Do better !

Although the Stratford Salon was a bit difficult to find, we were greeted by Claudia and she is such a wonderful lady - really made us feel welcomed. All in all, she was very knowledgeable and it was such a great experience. We plan to go again!
