I have never been to worst salon in my life. The guy is so unprofessional. First lady started to do my nails, put the tips on and then he came very unpolitr, shouting and telling her something on Japanese. Then he sit and without explanation removed all tips from my nails and started again!! I asked many times he said I know how to do my job. He was very harsh and rough on my nails when removing tips, it was hurting me and he didn't care. Salon is nice and clean but staff is terrible. Salon was empty during my visit, but he was rushing and being rough trough all proces. Never visiting again.

Happy with the service here. Nails looked great and a lot of attention to detail. I did not get the sense though that some of the tools had been sterilized so cleanliness could be improved but other than that satisfied.

The actual manicure was good but they were 45 minutes late, not overly clean and there was other clients in there being really rude which ruined the atmosphere. I think in this situation as annoying as it is, it’s good to compensate the client with a money off voucher or free take off next time as this would have left a good taste in my mouth given that everything else wasn’t great which i’m sure they were aware of. Actual nails though are really good.

Not impressed with the longevity of the polish or the application of it. The woman who did the actual pedicure was good but the other one, not so much. The place was like an oven, I was stuck to the massage chair when trying to get up! Get this sorted as it’s not comfortable sitting there for an hour, sweating like a beast. At least they offered a glass of water!
