Easy to find. Good space, although the consultation room got a bit noisy from adjacent rooms but very comfortable and spacious. The therapist was great, enthusiastic and honest. I would like to explore other therapies there as they do seem very professional
I was unsure of what to expect with a hypnotherapy session, but the staff and therapist made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I enjoyed the experience, and although my finances do not currently allow it, in the future I would definitely be keen to have further sessions as it was a relaxing and beneficial experience overall. I would certainly recommend Stepping Stones to a friend.
First time I had tried this sort of thing, went with a friend and was surprised at how deeply I relaxed! Give it a go - you might be very surprised yourself. Clean and welcoming surroundings, not too hard to find.
After I wrote the previous review, I was contacted by the owner who offered to compensate me by offering a complimentary treatment - I thought that was great! I was told it'll be a new therapist and that she is good. I booked myself in for a full massage. When I got there after work, I was exhausted and the massage turned out to be exactly what I needed. I was very relaxed and almost fell asleep a few times during the treatment. The therapist did a good job.
I signed up for a "Two treatments for the price of one" offer - which meant 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial. The place was brand new - only one year old - hence my rating on the facilities. The staff were friendly. My treatment started with the massage, which lasted 45mins followed by a very short facial which was about 30mins. When the treatments ended I was surprised as it was shorter than I expected. I was then told that the total time for the treatments is actually 1hour and 15mins - the remaining 45mins is for preparation!!! I felt cheated and didn't feel that I could ask for more. Will never go back.
