After I wrote the previous review, I was contacted by the owner who offered to compensate me by offering a complimentary treatment - I thought that was great! I was told it'll be a new therapist and that she is good. I booked myself in for a full massage. When I got there after work, I was exhausted and the massage turned out to be exactly what I needed. I was very relaxed and almost fell asleep a few times during the treatment. The therapist did a good job.
I signed up for a "Two treatments for the price of one" offer - which meant 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial. The place was brand new - only one year old - hence my rating on the facilities. The staff were friendly. My treatment started with the massage, which lasted 45mins followed by a very short facial which was about 30mins. When the treatments ended I was surprised as it was shorter than I expected. I was then told that the total time for the treatments is actually 1hour and 15mins - the remaining 45mins is for preparation!!! I felt cheated and didn't feel that I could ask for more. Will never go back.
This place is a little gem located in withthin the hustle and bustle of Clapham. As soon as you enter, you get transported to another place of peace and tranquility. The aromas and soothing music help you enter into a state of relaxation! All that even before you reach the counter. The beautician is a great addition to this healthcare centre - she is very efficient and delivers great results all for a great price. Definately go back here regulary - if you haven't already check it out!!
